Optex Systems Announces $5.7 Million Order for Laser Filter Units

RICHARDSON, TX / ACCESS Newswire / April 9, 2025 / Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:OPXS), a leading manufacturer of precision optical sighting systems for domestic and worldwide military and commercial applications, announced today it has been awarded a new contract for laser filter units associated with the XM157 Next Generation Fire Control Scope. The order value is $5.7 million with deliveries between August 2025 through December 2026.

With this new order, the current Optex backlog is in excess of $46 million.
