Some Oasis fans who attended the band’s 2025 reunion say they will avoid another ticket-buying scramble for the announced Live ’27 tour, citing expense, problems with the earlier sale and satisfaction with having seen the reunion.

The comments appeared in a Reddit discussion reported by Metro after a fan who attended the opening Cardiff concert asked whether others planned to sit out the next sale. Hundreds of replies reflected differing intentions, including fans determined to attend again and others who missed out in 2025.

The original poster described Cardiff as one of their best concert experiences and doubted that another performance would surpass it. A fan from the first Manchester show said they would like to return but did not intend to actively pursue tickets, because the reunion already represented a distinctive experience.

Another Cardiff attendee said they might consider a ticket if an opportunity arose but did not want to repeat the online queues. Several contributors regarded the 2025 tour as completing their long wait to see Liam and Noel Gallagher perform together after a 16-year separation.

One longtime fan who had first seen Oasis at Maine Road described Cardiff’s opening night as a concluding point in that history. Others said the reunion had satisfied their nostalgia. These comments reflected individual experiences in the discussion, rather than a measured estimate of overall ticket demand.

Ticket prices and the buying process were recurring objections. The original reunion sale generated complaints about extended queues and dynamic pricing, which meant some buyers encountered higher prices after waiting to reach the front.

A commenter recalled spending a day in a virtual queue before seeing tickets priced around £400. Another said a website crash interrupted a Dublin purchase at the usual price; when they returned, the price had doubled. That person also said they were later identified as a bot while trying for Manchester seats and prevented from buying resale tickets.

A further contributor said they would not take part unless prices were known before entering the queue. They cited a dynamically priced £355 standing ticket at Wembley in the previous sale, which they said cost more than their football season ticket.

Fans also mentioned travel and accommodation. One preferred using the combined ticket and hotel budget for a holiday, while another said they would no longer pay more than £70 to attend a concert. Some questioned whether another expensive tour would appeal if the band repeated essentially the same setlist.

Other participants remained eager. Fans unable to secure tickets in 2025 expressed strong interest in the new dates, and some previous attendees said they intended to buy again. The discussion therefore included both reluctance to repeat the sale and enthusiasm for further performances.

The announced 2027 schedule begins in Glasgow at Celtic Park on May 21, 23, 25, 28 and 29.

Manchester’s Etihad Stadium is scheduled to host concerts on June 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 15, 18, 19, 22, 25 and 26.

The European itinerary continues at Munich’s Allianz Arena on July 2 and 3, followed by Barcelona’s Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on July 10 and 11.

Amsterdam’s Johan Cruijff ArenA is listed for July 16 and 17, and Paris’s Stade de France for July 23 and 24. Rome’s Stadio Olimpico dates are July 29 and 30.

In the United States, concerts are scheduled at Gillette Stadium in the Boston area on August 10, 13 and 14. Las Vegas’s Allegiant Stadium will host the band on August 20, 21 and 24.

The September itinerary lists Slane Castle in Ireland on September 4 and 5, followed by Knebworth in the United Kingdom on September 11, 12, 18 and 19.

For contributors who had previously felt that the reunion might be their only chance to see the band together, the announcement altered the urgency around purchasing. Several distinguished wanting another ticket from feeling obliged to obtain one, while the accounts of earlier queues and pricing remained central to their decisions.

The responses reported by Metro show how memories of the 2025 concerts and experiences of obtaining tickets are shaping individual plans for the next tour. They do not establish how many tickets will be sought when the announced concerts go on sale.

The new itinerary includes several multi-night stadium visits, giving prospective buyers different dates to consider. For the Reddit contributors quoted in the report, however, more opportunities did not necessarily outweigh previous frustrations. Those intending to sit out described personal decisions about costs and memories, while other respondents were equally clear about seeking admission.
